From 30 July to 30 October 2025, Erfurt University Library will be showing the exhibition ‘Friedrich Froebel (1782-1852) – Pedagogue and Innovator’ on the occasion of the 11th Conference of the International Froebel Society (IFS), which will take place in Erfurt from 31 July to 2 August.
“The exhibition marks the start of a project of the IFS_Section Germany. The project includes the conception and realisation of a permanent and travelling exhibition ‘Friedrich Fröbel and Fröbel Pedagogy’. Both exhibitions follow the goals of the IFS Section Germany, namely “to demonstrate and promote the topicality of Fröbel’s pedagogy for education, upbringing, science and politics through a broad discussion of his life’s work”.” Flyer
